1.2. Change of Mind or Dissatisfaction: 

a. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from pcincyprus.com and wish to return it, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the product.

b. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns for products with opened boxes.

c. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

d. Upon receipt of the returned product and confirmation of its condition, we will issue a refund for the product's purchase price, excluding any shipping or handling fees.

e. For returned products, we offer store credit only. Please note that the store credit cannot be used for future purchases and is non-transferable.

f. In situations where the product needs to be returned to the supplier, we will inform you of the return process and associated shipping costs. These shipping costs will be charged to the customer and deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellations:
